Chef Meal Plans
As a client of Chef Tai, you no longer need to worry about what's for dinner. She takes care of it all. No more hours shopping, cooking, serving and cleaning up after an already hectic day. Chef Tai creates delicious meals that cater to any dietary, nutritional or allergen needs, including gluten-free, ketogenic, vegetarian, vegan and any other request you may have.
How does meal prep work?
When you reach out to Chef Tai, she will meet with you to answer any of your questions and set up the best service for you.
You can select from 3 different meal prep plans:
Bronze: 2 meals a week
Silver: 3 meals a week
Gold: 5 meals a week

What happens once you sign up?
Chef Tai works with you to understand your needs and preferences. Then she plans the menu, grocery shops, schedules a day/time to come to your home each week or bi-weekly and prepares the meals in your kitchen, packages them up individually, and cleans up. Silver and Gold plans include bi-weekly meal prep.
*If you choose to skip a week, pause your service (for things like vacations), or cancel, you will need to notify us 2 weeks in advance. Last minute cancellations will be billed the normal weekly meal prep rate.
It is expected that Chef Tai will have access to a clean, working kitchen, when she arrives to meal prep.
